Shipping Policy

UK Delivery (2-5 working days)

We offer FREE delivery to anywhere in the UK and N Ireland. Please note that Serenity & Grace is a luxury online marketplace and your items will be delivered from the brands directly to you, usually via Royal Mail First Class Signed For or a secure courier service.

Some orders are dispatched to you directly from some of our brands, this can affect timing but where possible we will ship next day.

Some of the stock we sell on the website is held with our suppliers, this can at times affect stock levels and shipping times, we will ensure to keep you updated and advise of any potential delays where possible.

Free Standard delivery takes 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to reach you from the time of your order, except in the case of made-to-order items, which can take a little longer.

A signature may be required upon receipt so please ensure there is someone there to accept your package. If you are not there to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for you to arrange redelivery or collection.

Europe & International

Serenity & Grace ships internationally.  Your order will be dispatched from the UK via a tracked and signed for service; the most suitable carrier will be chosen depending on the size and weight of your package.

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery from the time of your order.

Please note International orders may incur customs duties and taxes so it can be a good idea to contact your local customs office to find out before you order.

Your Privacy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

We do not pass your data onto 3rd parties and we will only contact you if you have agreed to our terms.

Returns Policy

Making a return is easy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 28 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange.

If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it.

All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn.

When returning items to Serenity & Grace, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.

Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser or a credit note can be provided to the gift recipient. Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser.

All gift cards are non-refundable.

Faulty Goods

Serenity & Grace is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it produces, although, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return, receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.

How To Make a Return

To make a return please email and you will then be provided with a reference code and instructions on how to safely return your package.

Refunds Policy

Once we have successfully received your returned goods, we will then notify you via email.

We will then request a refund via the payment method that you made your transaction with. The processing time can vary but please allow 7 working days before contacting us.
