Returns Policy

We offer FREE delivery to anywhere in the UK and N Ireland. Please note that Serenity & Grace is a luxury online marketplace and your items will be delivered from the brands directly to you, usually via Royal Mail First Class Signed For or a secure courier service.
Free Standard Delivery takes 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to reach you from the time of your order, except in the case of made-to-order items, which can take a little longer.
Please refer to each individual product page for more information.
A signature may be required upon receipt so please ensure there is someone there to accept your package. If you are not there to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for you to arrange redelivery or collection.

Next Day

Got an event and need a party dress asap? Don’t worry! If you need something quickly, most of our products can be sent Next Day Delivery within the UK (please refer to each individual product page for details).
All orders are dispatched to you directly from our brands, please order before 12 pm Mon – Thurs to receive your order the next day.
Please note orders are only dispatched on working days, so any next day orders made on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday, we do not currently offer Saturday delivery.
Serenity & Grace ships internationally. Please click here for a full list of countries and delivery charges. Your order will be dispatched from the UK via a tracked and signed for service; the most suitable carrier will be chosen depending on size and weight of your package.
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery from the time of your order.
Please note International orders may incur customs duties and taxes so it can be a good idea to contact your local customs office to find out before you order.

28 Day Returns

At Serenity & Grace, we understand that sometimes a product is not quite right and that you may wish to return it.

You have 28 days to return an item(s) from the day that you receive the item(s).

Firstly, we ask that you request your Return Authorisation (RA) number by emailing, within 7 days of receipt. Quoting your order number and the reason for your return. If the item is faulty we will aim to either find you a replacement or a full refund will be given.

For all returns, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the postage in sending the items back to us. There is a facility to claim back postage for your order when using PayPal. Please check their site for details. Please send your return using a secure and trackable method. I.e. Royal Mail recorded/ special delivery. You can also arrange for a courier to deliver this back to us. Please ask for and keep proof of postage. Once you have sent us proof of the item(s) being returned we will then issue the refund.

All items must be returned in the condition that you received them, will all Serenity & Grace tags still attached. If the tags have been detached or broken we will not accept this as a return.


We hope you love your Serenity & Grace purchase but if for any reason the item is unsuitable, you have up to 28 days from receipt to return your items. Please follow the returns instructions you receive with your order. Please note that in some cases you may need to return items to individual brands, not to Serenity & Grace but we will advise with RTN.
We have also implemented a PayPal free returns option where if you have a PayPal account you can claim the cost of your return up to £15 per order otherwise returns are at your own expense but this doesn’t have to cost a fortune. We advise you send via a tracked service and find that Royal Mail Second Class Signed For is the most cost-effective.
Any item on Serenity & Grace can be returned if unsuitable, with the exception of made-to-measure or customised dresses/items, and due to health and hygiene reasons, underwear, earrings and hair accessories. You will receive a refund as long as the items returned are in perfect condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags intact. When trying on items, please be extra careful not to mark the dress with make-up or deodorant/fragrances.
Your refund can take 10-14 working days to be processed and the money to be refunded to your account once the items have been received by the brand.


Exchanges can only be made on alternative sizes of the same product. To make an exchange, fill in the necessary details on your returns paperwork, for example, the size you wish to exchange for. All exchange requests are subject to stock availability. It is advisable to place a new order for the item you want, as exchanges can only be dispatched upon receipt of the unsuitable item(s).
